Normally the synopsis is a bit larger and more creative. The stuff listed in that synopsis basically seems like it was taken entirely from the casting call leaks of early 2011. So perhaps if we find something similar on another big retailers site, this might be something. Also, if Rockstar actually did give them this info, then I don't think they would have done it unless there was a trailer imminent which revealed what the info suggests. Think of the Xbox Support guy who tweeted from an Xbox Support twitter that GTAV is coming out in October, and as we later found out, he was just guessing and no one there knows. Probably some intern had to write a description for the site and did a little google and found this forum and that name.
