It's one of the few countries on earth that has enshrined near-complete freedom of speech into its codified constitution, so it stands to reason that when people are given the freedom to say whatever they wish, a minority instantly start either looking for any tiny infraction on this fundamental right, or start dreaming up wild conspiracies. The US is a hot-bed of conspiracy theories- the hot-bed; almost every conspiracy theory comes from the US, even those that are about other nations. I tend to chalk it up to the combination of: 1) A society where everyone feels they have the god-given right to say whatever they want, no matter how absurd or stupid. 2) A society where wilful ignorance is actively encouraged, and where the voices that shout the loudest tend to get the most attention. 3) A society where people are naturally distrustful of authority, generally because they don't understand the complex distribution of power in the political system. No. It IS corrupt and evil. It's more evil than you can imagine. I seem to remember last time you went into this, you had all your arguments picked apart and then refused to defend your views. Unless you've suddenly made the miraculous discovery that you need to substantiate your points in a way that other people cannot immediately and devastatingly destroy your theses without so much as brief consideration, then your contributions are going to be null and void. The fact that you took critiques of your opinions and rational counter-arguments are personal attacks demonstrated your weren't mature enough to debate like an adult. Are you this time? Sh*t crazy sons of b*tches were all around me. They killed megaupload and brought great losses to my daily doses. Those bloated assh*les gave someone who raped, burned, tortured and killed 12 years imprisonment and they gave some faithful social workers 50 years imprisonment and ever since they've been after me. My issue with people like Ryda King is that they never offer any viable alternatives to the system we have now. Conspiracy theorists do more fear mongering than any government and even worse they don't have any answers on how to stop any of the massive plots and schemes they believe in, it's like a form of depression.
