And my gut tells me it's gonna be big, maybe not in quantity but in surprise and impact. The screens were all a bit tame, like they were trying to reassure the fans: "look parachutes, planes, bikes, all the stuff you wanted and looky here, jacking cars off the back of a truck, cops in helicopters.. see how traditionally GTA we are..?" Another factor there is the TTWO financial call. There will be pressure on R* to put something out before that and get everybody all happy and excited. Rockstar doesn't need to show GTA V, but TTWO needs to give investors something or downgrade their expectations and deal with a lot of pissed of people. Either last weeks of september, or they're going to wait for October with all the anniversaries coming up and we can be sure they're going for a longer campaign and we wont see the game before march-may. So last week (probably) it is.. or October if they're indeed aiming for March-May, but I still see a window for 2012, but they'll have to blow the lid off before the end of this month. If not, 2012 is finally off the table and it'll be March. And if that's the case I half expect to delay it into May, to 'polish' or some sh*t. R* updated their newswire about 40 minutes ago, again with Max Payne 3. As of now, there are 15 comments, 3 of which are by a R* employee. When the GTA:V screens came out, there were literally thousands of comments whithin a few minutes. Come on guys, give Max some love! No, seriously, F*ck you, R*! We've been patient enough, just give us some bloody info right now. I don't care whether the game is finished or not. But just give us something solid to discuss and speculate about... Yes the screen shots were bloody amazing, but I'd love to see the game in motion trailer 1 for me wasn't that good.. It's just my opinion though. Then, info from there on out will be added to that site. *Will be interesting though to see what R* actually means by "few weeks or so". Then in the future we can use it as a reference! Or not.
