As others have pointed out and I will also. Learn to respect other people preference in life, games or anything else or you just come across as a immature sh*t that nobody will take seriously. I'm not a fan of quite a few of these games listed such as Call of Duty but that's doesn't matter to me as I'm not the only buying them and enjoying them. So originally a year and some change was supposed to be the wait, which would have meant less trailers. Games getting delayed costs a lot of money so I don't think it will happen to GTAV since Rockstar wouldn't want it to happen to them again, which is also the reason I believe they aren't revealing a release date yet. saintsrow Posted September 10, 2012 Share Posted September 10, 2012 I can wait another year IF: (1) we get a regular, paced, full range of publicity info leading up to GTAV release, and (2) GTAV is the most mind-blowing, full, complete, deep, rich, fun GTA game that I have ever seen, with no obvious situations where it looks like they intended to put some cool element in the game and then had to stub it out to make the shipping deadline, after all that time. December 2012 after AC 3 and Halo and Hitman and black Ops II come out. I do like call of duty too because it's fun and the multiplayer is good when there's not kids on it. Rockstar would be stupid to not release it for another year. I've lost pretty much all interest right now but I know when they give us more info then I'll be excited again. As others have said, I'd buy it day-one and all that, but I would loose some respect for R* as a company. After the 'meh' factor of the continuous Max Payne 3 marketing (and the 'coincidental' trailer-drop right before they started shoving MP3 stuff down our throats), I'd simply just be pissed. Unless it's due to some massive, and I mean massive, problem that they openly discuss, let us know about and inform us it will take them a shed-load of time to fix, releasing a trailer 2 years before actually releasing the game is not acceptable.
