Mr. Reaper.
I personally loved the songs they have in IV & TL&D, wasn't a fan of the club mixes for Queer Tony though. However, I still think VC had the best radio, with SA second. Granted the adverts, breaks and podcasts were much better in SA than they are in TL&D. -- Come on, people. I've the seen the view rise so post already! Ha Ha!
Inked.
Yeah. I think there was 1 song that was pretty decent for TBoGT, and that was the song that was always playing in Tony's straight club. Heard an opp got killed, watch me do my dance. Got a pocket full of bills, watch me do my dance. I just popped a pill, watch me do my dance. Hit that nigga with the steel watch that nigga dance. Mr. Reaper.
Sponsored Events! PlayStation Network It's based on TLaD, and here is the basic idea. 16 players in a race, on bikes, but you don't race, we all go peacefully to a certain site (enclosed arena), once everyone is there, a countdown begins, then all hell breaks loose, you ride, you dodge, you whack, you die or you win. It's everyman for himself, once you die, you're out. Check it out: Clubbed [PSN] Personally, I'm signing up so I hope to see some of you there! @Will: I hope they finally allow you to have your own station. Inked.
Well, they kind of do, already, on Xbox at least. Possibly for PS3. I think the reason is because, at least on Xbox, we already can play music we have saved to our HDD or an External one. So there wouldn't be much of a reason to include a custom radio into the game using disc space, that the Xbox already has. Again, I'm not sure about PS3, but thats what I think the main reason it wasn't implemented yet. Of course, GTA SA on the PC has it, but I'd consider that a different story. RockStarNiko
I had great fun playing TLAD story earlier this year, but sadly I have never played online because it is always dead. TBOGT I do play because there are usually 2-6 each day on average, but for TLAD there is nobody, no matter what time of the day I try.
Mr. Reaper.
IV and SA on PC have it. Also, PS3 has the in game player using audio files on your HDD, However it's disabled on GTA IV. But it is used in other games. So I'm not sure what it is. Probably due to the fact Rockstar spends all the cash on the music rights, they want you to listen to it. Nevertheless, it's a feature I and other surely want. I mean it can be done on RDR.
Inked.
Yeah. Thats what I like about SA. I can set it to my user track player and get some good music going. What's also good with SAMP, is that it's evolved. So like, Leader can put a Boombox down at our club house, and stream an actual radio. So we're sitting there listening to classic rock, all at the same time, we all hear the same thing, while we're at the Clubhouse or what not. Can even do it in cars, but we rarely drive them. Heard an opp got killed, watch me do my dance. Got a pocket full of bills, watch me do my dance. I just popped a pill, watch me do my dance. Hit that nigga with the steel watch that nigga dance. Mr. Reaper.
@RockStarNiko: Two questions, What Platform do you play? What settings? (Auto-Aim, Police & Friendly Fire) I assure you, it's not dead on PSN, and I've been told you can get a decent Free Mode on Xbox, depending on your version. However, PC is rare to find a public game. -- @Will: I've noticed the Live Radio streaming on some servers, and I love it! Great to hear something only once! Inked.
It definitely helps set that atmosphere. Like at one point we were hanging out with our bikes, had our music going. And some Brown Priders came up and started confronting us. 3 vs 7 in a brawl and they got compleletly f*cked up. Haha. If you ever get into RPing on SAMP, might be worthwhile checking out our server. I'm sure you could have lots of fun RPing an MC in it. Heard an opp got killed, watch me do my dance. Got a pocket full of bills, watch me do my dance. I just popped a pill, watch me do my dance. When I try and play TLAD i choose mostly a race and the other mode that I would want to play is Lone Wolf, both are always dead and maximum I waited once around 15 minutes I never play free mode. PhantomRoxas101
To be honest, I liked TLAD more than TBOGT. It felt so much more real and lively. It showed how outlaws acted, and I felt part of the pack playing as Johnny. I felt Johnny's anger on how the Lost was changing now that Billy returned, and the remorse after bombing the AOD's clubhouse. I felt the thrill of speeding down highways in my chopper, and the love I had for Ashley. The hatred I had for Billy and Brian, and the cold satisfaction in executing the Lost Mc leader Billy Grey. So I really preferred TLAD, it should've been made longer, hell even a stand-alone game with more content and missions. Oh and sign me up! XBL-PhantomRoxas101 (Disc) It's not that dead on Xbox, people still do "Instant Play" all the time! blowtorchrepair
TLAD is the bomb. My friend and I still play free mode live about once a week, sometimes more. I remember a couple of years ago believing that TLAD on line was dead too. I loathed the incompatibility problem between the DLC and EFLC disc, bitched my ass off about it here, but then gave in and bought EFLC, got on line and, holy shiat, the free mode game was full! I immediately called my friend and told him TLAD was still alive, just get EFLC, and soon we were back to our old TLAD 2-man gang, free mode selves. TLAD free mode wins for me b/c of no annihilators, except for the occasional modder or players that take the time to snipe an LCPD pilot and salvage the crashed annihilator. AS for the story of TLAD, the acting/voicing was the best of all three IV installments, IMO. Billy was GREAT. And I loved the club house. It totally sucked to lose the club house after the story finished.
TOMAHAWKS
The best Grand Theft Auto so far in my opinion. Still play this sh*t, but no one ever plays online (on PSN, I haven't played it for Xbox 360 yet).
Dragonjack
I haven't been playing EFLC for 2 years honestly. Becuase? I haven't got the game for myself, I got robbed last year. All the games that I collected was all gone and it has all of the money in it aswell. But I maybe able to buy though, once I get Grand Theft Auto V first and some other fantastic video games coming out next year.
Technique
I started playing it a few days ago, trying to get everything out if it. Doing some side quest and activity cleaning up. B Dawg
I'm downloading EFLC myself right know, I'll soon give my review and join you all on the fun. Edit: Love this game. By far the best in the series despite doing only 2 missions Vehicles: Love the variety of choppers. Hexer is a great bike, but too easy to drive and too heavy to do wheelies. Hellfury remains my favorite of all. Races: Too easy but a lot of fun. Got Good Wood Trophy in 4 races. Don't get why they're hard for some when the opponents are slow as f*ck. Music: Glad LRR isn't filled with the crap from Vanilla. I actually prefer TLAD LCHC now. Not touching the Multiplayer until I do half the story, and probably won't even try TBOGT until I play the sh*t out of TLAD or get an invite from my bro who gameshared this masterpiece. gamerzworld
Gamerzworld Gamerzworld PC, Xbox 360 (DLC,EFLC) Still hop on every now and then but I hardly see anyone playing. Shame there's not that many people playing TLAD as in my opinion it has the best modes of the two. What killed it really was separating the modes by only being able to see the modes for the episode you're playing. I think Rockstar learned this as with Redemption they put all the online modes in one big list when you selected the mode you wanted, instead of having to go into Undead Nightmare to play the Undead MP mode. B Dawg
Just finished the story. Poor Jim died The story was great, but I did the last few missions way too fast instead of hanging out with the brothers and doing the side jobs/gang wars between each like I did with the other. Replaying is a must, and keeping a save before kidnapping Roman XD DarkKingBernard Bruno_Dawg Playstation Edited November 7, 2012 by DarkKingBernard
