MIKON8ERISBACK
I just thought I'd post this. Apparently Google has managed to allow their security certificate to expire, although the situation will have probably been remedied by the time you read this. Occasionally third party browser add-ons accidentally flag well-known and reputable web sites as containing malware, although in this case, it was case of an invalid security certificate that was somehow left to expire. It's nothing that hasn't happened before, and chances are, there were never any security threats associated with sending data through them. It's just like when someone fails to renew their drivers license because of failure to follow some government procedure BS. The person still knows how to drive, it's just that the evidence of competence and safety is gone temporarily.

JOSEPH X
Is this why I can't access anything to do with google right now? I keep getting 'server not found' yahoo, yt, and google search are all down - as are about 90% of my bookmarks.

By the way, I'm not being a prick, you made a f*cking stupid topic. Edited September 11, 2012 by finn4life
