Essentially, if someone's making money from something not owned by them, it's bad (idk if it's illegal or not but messy all the same) I dunno, I don't work for Youtube. Upload the videos, you'll probably get a warning before anything. Follow the warnings and rules. The Gardener Posted September 10, 2012 Share Posted September 10, 2012 I remember when the game first game out, even GTASeriesVideos and GTAMission weren't allowed to use cutscenes. But the game is older now and I don't think rockstar really cars anymore. I think they took cutscenes down because of spoilers or whatever. but AFAIK, you are allowed use them now.
