I suggest you get rid of those mods, or try to use a save from this list, maybe one that's past that mission? I'd have linked you directly to a save file that is past that mission, but since you didn't tell me the mission name, and I couldn't start it to find out, I don't know which is it, so pick one from the list I linked you to.
