There are 10 different stores in the captial(oslo).

I don't think that this is deserves the real attention. Most likely it's the date predicted by the Gamestop analysts based on the same information that we have. If you need to make GTA V's advertising brochure, it's not a hard task to predict that the game will be released rather in 2013 than in 2012

The whole "Rockstar leaked the release date" nonsense;

 

1: It is strange how only one person witnessed it

2: It is also strange how when everyone else looks, it states TBC once again

3: Rockstar would never use buisness jargon, "Q4" is buisness jargon, I find it highly doubtful that NORMAL fans will understand that, also it would be confusing to fans because Q4 2012 falls into 2013 too. It means QUARTER 4 of TAKE2 financial year.

 

Fall 2012 would have been the correct term, so GG to the troll that used Google Chrome to edit that page. You have fooled hundreds of pre-pube kids on this forum

 

 

And tbh this poster tells us nothing new, We all know its 2013 because when it comes down to it, Rockstar is a business.. Take2 want numbers.. releasing a game after only two months of advertising would be suicide. Don't try the "this is GTA, they can sell whenever" bullsh*t, it is evident that GTA IV was not liked by everyone, so Rockstar need to prove themselves, by having a nice big marketing campaign.

 

March 2013 onwards for the release, if you still think October you really need to look into Business and how it works.

The interior of the helicopter misses. R* has given us this screenshot, although it was unfinished. Though I don't think they would use it for official documents.

If GameStop knew the exact date/month, wouldn't some insiders leaked solid evidence by now?

 

My guess is that it's the same as when I worked at GameZone in Norway years ago, they hung up so called "teasers", just for the sake of making bypassers curios. It's all about luring people to come in to the store. Some will look at posters, ask questions and then leave. But a porsion of people will end up buying something else "in mean time". That "portion of people" was good profit. Matter of fact, back then, that "portion" made up for 85% of our sales income. Today it's lower due to the internet, but still significant.

Talking about unfinished work... I know it's not related to this topic but I read that in the trailer you could see unfinished work as well. Does anyone remember?

Here in The Netherlands & Belgium we got "Game Mania" also very good stores! A sort of European version of Gamestop.
