I think V/V would win but I'd have to be barracking for Claude on a Free-for-all. He's probably my second favourite Protagonist, only after Niko.

Tommy: single-handedly killed 11 men who ambushed him and survived 15 years of prison pretty much intact looking.

Vic: an ex-soldier, which means he's trained with guns.

Claude: a cold-blooded former street racer who knows to shoot.

Toni: a mobster like any other.

 

Tommy and Vic would take them out easily.

Vercetti on his own would take Toni, Claude and Vic out.

I have to go to Vic and Tommy because they share a history with Vic being an ex-soldier and Tommy single-handedly killing all 11 men.

Don't know 'bout that. In GTA III, Claude had to do kill much more then Tommy. GTA III missions had SO many bad guys.

Those were just unnamed henchmen. Tommy was the most prolific killer of the whole III era.
