I don't think it has anything to do with marketing, more so delays I would assume. Just because you see a post mentioning "GTA" doesn't mean you have to automatically assume it has some sort of connection with the latest most upcoming GTA. Of course, it's not as ridiculous as that derp who thinks that when the Epsilon Program tweeted they'll have "merchandise" soon, that it was Rockstar saying they'll have more GTAV screens soon!!??
