Im pretty sure they added it to try and get people back into the spirit of GTA with all of the waiting around over the last FOUR years its most likely going to have the opposite effect, as you say. They wouldn't be all together on the same map but separate. You'd have to go to the airport and fly to the other cities. 100 missions in each one. Hours long of gameplay.
