Why are people saying its for 720, PS4? The game is in existence ATM and runs the Rage engine. Also someone at Rockstar North must be good at Photoshop or Marketing to put a fake rlease date on there own website saying "Q4 2012" then take it off instantly...... esides can you show a relase date one minute and it be gone the next? If so then Rockstar will loose out. Keep hiding from us Rockstar and GTA 5 fans will not be happy.

I just picked up Borderlands 2 (not full price tho because I had a voucher at GMG ....$36) so TTWO gets my money. Now I want some goddamn GTA V info in addition to this.

'No new Grand Theft Auto V details this week'

It appears Rockstar will not be releasing new Grand Theft Auto V details this week, in fact, there won't be any new details before the 17th of this month, a close source confirmed this to Rockstar Informer earlier today. It seems however that Rockstar is continuously working on exciting new feature pieces with a new trailer bound to be released next month.

 

 

If true this is what I and a lot of us are expecting anyway. Trailer 2 in October and some screens this month makes the most sense. I just hope trailer 2 will have a release date at the end of it as I assume it will.

But those videos gave plenty away for Max Payne 3, all those details and what not. I don't think they will do this. They didn't for GTA IV. However, they did do that for their other open world game RDR. Still...i think those kind of videos will give too much away.

Well they would plan it better so it wouldn't give anything away. Remember MP3 is a linear game, they had to put storyline scenes into the videos. GTA V is open world, there's infinite things they can do.

No need to make one of those videos unless the series is getting a major overhaul that can't be explained in words. They made those videos to show off their new products; Max Payne and Red Dead are both old franchises with small followings, LA Noire was a new IP. It was good for them to have in-depth looks into what and how these games ran. They don't need that for GTA V because everyone already knows what they're getting.
