There's no specific group. It's just something that's all over tumblr etc. Most of it's soppy relationship nonsense that's obviously geared to get retweets or reblogs or whatever.

In my part of London, Swag is used to refer to something sh*t.

 

 

For example: 'I just dropped my ice cream...Swag.'

 

Has been this way for years, I was mighty perplexed when all you Americans started putting it in songs and saying that he/she/it has 'swag.' Saying it that way makes it sound like a learning difficulty.
