If you've ever tested Battlelog, you will know that it's top-quality awesome. (read more about the technology and code behind it: http://lucumr.pocoo.org/2011/11/15/modern-...ions-are-here/) 2. Rockstar spots it, sees that it can handle a ton of users and can be built to scale and handle multiple titles, and want something similar? 3. If you to go http://esn.me a Rockstar logo recently popped up in the client list there on the frontpage. For GTA V or maybe a complete social club rebuild? I wouldn't be surprised, knowing what ESN are capable of. Notice they also worked on "ahaBingo"... a company within the online gambling industry. Social Club used to be powered by GameSpy Tech (not anymore), so it wouldn't be surprising if they make use of some of the resources of this company.
