Not only did they use these words to confuse us but to make clear that it'll be a pretty damn unexpected moment. So don't rely to much on this "few weeks" statement. My money is on Oct or Nov we will hear something. Whenever they are ready is fine by me, I know they are slaving over this game and it kills me the kids on these forums nowadays just bitching and crying for more info. Rockstar likes to surprise us, with the mods changig the GI topic yeaterday to "TGiF" even before andy said the cover would be delayed makes you think this time it might actully be V. We can't really know for sure when they might release another information or screenshots. They are very unpredictable when it comes to timing they can say in few days and release it next month or they can say next few weeks or so and release it tomorrow. However, the " or so " gives them the counter-argument of taking more time, like 5 or perhaps 6 weeks if things don't go accordingly. So, yeah... As mentioned earlier, it would be 2 weeks later after the cover reveal until the magazine goes on sale.... so 4+ weeks after the last update.
