His skin tone's not even especially dark. Now, the guy who was running away from the police in alley in the first trailer, he was definitely black. But that's the first and last time we saw him. The fact that New Luke's character was the pilot of the jet and the Spanish guy is seen in 3 other photos suggests the possibility of multiple protagonists. The article says its legit just because this guy says there will be parachutes. It doesnt take a genius to know that R* will bring the parachute to the game since there are planes and SA had them.
