So anyways i steal a car ven if the alarm goes of or not i notice a 1 wanted star flashing not grey and no search radius, Like it showed the cops position a quick 5 second thing that happened, Your not wanted. Does this happen to you?

It happens sometimes when a pedestrian spots you committing a crime, and calls it in. You might be so far away from the scene of the crime by the time they get the 'call', so the search radius will be outside the radar, and won't last long.

I was actually thinking about this yesterday. Now, this is what should happen if you steal a car. Maybe it's a glitch, since it only seems to happen if the alarm goes off.

I agree with this.

Sometimes when I run over a bunch of peds and I'm already speeding away, a search radius appears "behind" me, originating from where I ran those guys over.

Double agreed, this has happened to me to and sometimes I'll hear a ped call 911, before speeding away then I'll be halfway out of the radius of the blinking blue and red.
