Adding (not replacing) weapons to SA?

I've seen plenty of tutorials on adding cars, peds, handling lines and models to San Andreas, but never weapons? Is it possible to add custom weapons to SA without replacing existing ones? Have an idea for a mod.

The same thing I was thinking to add new weapons & I don't no whether it is possible or not but I m trying to make it possible may be I will soon come up with a result...

I thought of making a mod of that sort but ALAS ...Anyways I didn't knew about it thanks UNRATED69 for telling me..

I remember this mod, but there's a few major problems with it: the weapons can't use 2d muzzle flashes, they don't have reloading sounds, and all are carried one handed.

 

Hopefully someone will make something better.

I could probably fix the muzzle flashes problem. Model muzzle flashes suck anyway. The particle ones are much nicer.
