And it has to have a radio so we can cap Ballas to some 2Pac OP on a serious note, I doubt we will be able to dive underwater like SA. I'd love it to return, but who knows. saintsrow Posted September 3, 2012 Share Posted September 3, 2012 If Rockstar plans to do anything to populate the oceans, yes, I hope they include a variety of Southern California related fish, schools of fish, starfish, barnacles, dolphins, an occasional shark, seabirds, seaweed / kelp forest, numerous easter eggs and a few other interactive things or collectables to be found on the bottom, a couple of shipwrecks, a surfing minigame, re-imagined Catalina island, and scuba gear on some of the boats so that we can swim around down there. And a few missions to introduce us to to the ocean. It seems overly ambitious, but putting in this detail would be quite relevant for Los Santos, and would further elevate the GTA series as the richest and most mind-blowing game series ever.
