@Spider-Vice: Exactly, the game has much better graphics compared to the pre-release screenshots.

You mean he's in front of the other two, looking to the left? If so then yeah, I can see it too. It might be that that screen is taken while the camera is in cinematic mode or something.

thank you im not the only one who thinks this, I said about this in another thread and people disagreed with me lol, they look so smooth compared to the bushes and trees in the other screenshots

Yes, but both of you forget something.

The trailer screenshot shots the hills from verrrrry close. And the new screenshot shows the hills/mountains from very far away. Texture loading there, nothing more.

To everyone bitching about the graphics of the screenshots, shut the f*ck and be grateful for these. You don't know if they are purposely taken this way, or if it's a beta test or something like that. Seriously, it's getting f*cking annoying.

The real question here is, Xbox or PS3?

Hm, since I think I never said this before (stupid people: that was sarcasm):

The game is NOT yet finished. If we, the people who are SUPPOSED to buy it, don't like something about it, we should say it NOW.

That way they can make it better before release, which will benefit US ALL.

That does not mean

- everyone who says something about a product isn't good will not buy said product

- everyone is "just about graphics"

- or anything else that stupid you can come up with.

What it does mean is that we want the best game possible; if we can see from screenshots that something is not right we'll give R* a chance to fix it.

They can't fix it if they don't know about it.

If nobody told them how sh*tty their "bushes" (which still look like stones to me) look they have no reason to fix them.

If we do, maybe we'll get a prettier countryside to explore. And since apparently the countryside makes up a relatively big portion of the game it wouldn't hurt if it didn't look like crap.

Criticism = everybody wins. Those who like pretty graphics win if R* fixes it. R* wins because people will mention the pretty graphics to others who will feel (even) more compelled to buy the game. Those who don't care won't lose anything.
