So this mod does let you build settlements literally everywhere? What about interiors? Do enemy spawns disappear if you build at a certain place?

 

Got any interesting ideas for a settlement location?

I seen a water dam with a lake near lexington and there was a huge highway intersection change near by with a window cleaner elevator lift to take you up to the highway, you'll find it on the route to aid Ada for Automatron

 

 

On the U.S.S. Constitution ship the campfire wouldn't snap to the floor inside the ship, and I think you have to make camp first before you can make a full settlement or unlock the settlement work station part of the mod

 

Owe you can't build the new settlement to close to the vanilla settlements and the mod said no steep hill sides or mountain sides either!..

 

 

here are two fan player review videos for the mod, there's a third video at the mods description page, but it only plays classical music in the background

IDC how similar Far Harbor looks to Point Lookout, it's gonna be amazing either way. Those new enemy's and guns look f*cking awesome, and te setting looks eerie as hell. I'm stoked.

Hopefully we can ignore that whole daugher thing. And also I hope we can take any companion from Boston with us to see different responses to the new quests and world. So far, Nick and Dogmeat are pretty much confirmed,

I hope we can get new companions there.

To take back with us obviously.

 

I still want another romance interest..... the only women are Piper and Cait(Curie's a robot. She doesn't count)

Why does every Bethesda fallout storyline have to be some noble quest?
That's what I love about NV's main quest & DLC: You were not bigger than the world. It was about expanding the lore, not being some post-apocalypse superman.

Looks like that old man might be a companion. He could end up being a temporary, but there's no reason for a random NPC to be walking with us in the middle of a swamp (at the 30 second mark) unless it's part of a quest.

Looks interesting. Might have been a sea monster, but it looks like there was a gecko in the trailer at the :52 second mark. I'm assuming XB1's mod support is either coming this friday or with Far Harbor since there's no official word on the subject other than "coming in May."

Open their official trailer YT link, the description says Far Harbor released on 19th May.

 

From the Twitter, they have started Far Harbor open beta now.

Ok, I've checked out this Point Lookout thingy and yes, it looks similar. LOL.

 

Except it seems Far Harbor is filled with more human-ish and water creature-ish theme, instead of undead, zombies, frankenstein stuff from what I see. From this alone, I'm enough. I'm glad it's not another boring undead crap.

Automatron is cool. But I'm not really a robot guy... so... lol :lol:

 

Ada's servant personality is starting to piss me off.

My ninja Assaultron's cold killer butler personality is dry.

My Sentry's patriotic personality is also getting old.

My clicky-sounding legged pink Mr. Handy is unique and fun.

But since I built him as a sex toy robot joke on purpose, he's literally useless in combat.

Another awesome mod from Japan, this is the closest you'll get to having a Prydwen or mini one at least, the mod author doesn't speak English and is from Japan, it's description page was translated to English, which translation engine, that I didn't see, he's done modding for the game across three platforms of Bethesda games, and his mods do pretty good!..

if you look at the one screenshot with the TV set in it from the in game screenshots I posted from the mod image tab , you'll see a smaller concept model version of the ship in the top right hand corner, and it's the mini me version :lol: , not the full length, but still awesome, I just started a new game after installing the mod and can't wait to see the inside, not sure if I'll move it, if it's in lexington I might leave it there!..

 

It uses a script in it's mod so you'll need Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) Fallout 4 runtime 1.5.157 Current build: 0.1.13 to use it properly!..

 

 

The mod author also made player homes for oblivion and skyrim and mod resources for skyrim, additional bug jars, wooden ingredient sorter drawer cabinets and other small storage and decorative items, the mod author Elianora uses his mod resources in her player homes for Bethesda games that she uploads to nexusmods site!..,

 

 

It even has it's own little Zeppelin map marker icon

Update

 

I only made a few minor changes in the living quarters top room with the cat in the room, I disable/markfordelete by console on a sofa on the left handside to add the Prydwen model display ship from Crafting Fury 9000 GTX by Elianora mod and the front entrance there was two BoS statues with gatling guns, I disable/markfordelete by console on the one on the right to add another BoS statue from the Soe mod instead

 

There are two work station on the ship and they are like the home plate work station, and statues are not working in the home plate version of the work station, so I had to add by console command a full work station to change out the BoS statue, I used this console cheat for a full work station player.placeatme c1aeb owe and I got rid of all the teddybears except for the one on the bookcase holding a wall clock!..

update 2

 

If you move ship to a new location, everything you moved/disabled/markfordelete resets and original items of (the mod authors) comes back ,I moved the ship twice to bunker hill and diamond city, the original location lexington and bunker hill was clouded over and foggy and no view below from the outside decks, at diamond city from the lower front outside deck this was the view, see image above

The Division was laggy last night, so I rebuilt my shack tower at Tenpines. The top floor once again is my room. I'm not a guy who hangs posters and signs, but I sh*t around with it this time.

Ok good news the weather cleared up and I was able to see lexington as clear as the game would make it, detail's on buildings from that high up suck, on the mini me (Prydwen) Skyship Welder

 

I jumped off the ships flight deck and landed in a lake, this was a view from the lake of the mini me (Prydwen) Skyship Welder from below

I'm extremely excited for it just because it is like point lookout. Point lookout is one of the finest things bethesda ever released imo.

Kind of early I know, but the console update is out. I think it was 2.3 GB? I pressed A too quick.

I dunno why, but i hummed the

Yesterday I spent 5 hours inside the ship exploring it and tweaking it to my liking, A few times I nearly disabled a bulkhead and or wall leaving the void cell, but I've learned to backup saves else where before making changes, I wanted a diner booth in the kitchen, and it had one to many counter tops and a fridge that you couldn't put food in, so those two had to go and I had disabled or targeting something wrong in console and half the kitchen cell disappeared, I finally got my working fridge and diner both placed and the wall's intact by falling back on saves on mistakes!..

 

I built a smaller room in the room that had all the empty shelves and one shack wall and put my safes and vault-tec chests and work station in that smaller room I built, and now the big room has my power armor work station and a Institute medical bed in the other corner, I used the Institute recolor wall's for the ww cement wall's from the SOE mod as half-wall room divider privacy's for the bedroom, and sank the Institute wall's halfway into the floor!..

 

I removed the bed in the room the cat is and placed a desk instead, and positioned it to where the cats bed jump animation was and now the cat wont jump on my desk, go figure, and I removed the TV and small table and added the pre-war bar and then removed one book-shelve, which had many pieces to disable on it to make way for the elder Maxson battle coat statue from Elianora's Crafting Fury 9000 GTX mod!..

Waiting for the update to download... don't suppose anyone else is making a character for the sole purpose of Survival mode? Here's the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. spread I'm going with:

STR: 6 PER: 3 END: 1 CHA: 10 INT: 6 AGI: 1 LCK: 1

Would've gone with a higher Luck if it weren't for the fact that Idiot Savant's usefulness is questionable when you take Survival's save system into consideration. I figure Strength and Charisma are going to be the most valuable to me, personally, when it comes to carry weight and trading items/passing speech checks, which is why I pumped as many points as I could into those.

I would go with less charisma, you only need one point for trading and you can use alcohol and clothes for speech checks.. I'd drop it to at least 6 if you want the settlement stuff.

 

On survival, I think endurance is waay more important for the health perks and perception is not that needed since gou dont see the enemies on hud.

On survival, I think endurance is waay more important for the health perks and perception is not that needed since gou dont see the enemies on hud.

Thanks for the advice. The reason I put Perception at 3 is due to the Lockpicking perk unlocking at 4, so I figure I'll grab the bobblehead located near Preston's posse which would bump it up to 4, and I probably won't increase it any further than that unless I somehow manage to run out of perks and attributes to invest in.

My S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats are still good even after having all the addictions (junkies weapons do around triple damage at that point and i have quite an OP collection). My strength and agility really suffered dropping from 11 to 6 (also own all bobbleheads).

 

I have enough outfits and armour to bring the stats i want to higher levels, so i dont think thats going to be a problem on the updated survival

I don't know why, but this patch worked much better for me when it was in beta. Ever since release, I've had weird bugs with UI items disappearing, Danse aggroing me for no reason, the AI of companions becoming super dumb and stuck on ridiculous obstacles. Really annoying.
