It is still the same for me. It works fine and the top timer has 45 min whereas the large one still says 10 days. It's gonna go down to 9 in a bit.

So really, all we can do is wait.

It's just a thought, or you could combine both the virus and the nuclear explosion. Something that will definitely be possible on next-gen consoles.

With respect to the domain, the fact they're running their own name servers suggests a reasonably significant investment. Either someone put a fair bit of money into the hoax or there's a larger backer. Also the dns admin information can't really be spoofed as that's where all the administration emails tend to go. They're using Bethesda's details here which suggests the registrar has access to the mailbox there.

I started FO3 again. It still is fun and the apocalytpic atmosphere is still good.

But you really notice that Skyrim had a way better atmosphere.

It may be the lack of NPCs in the world orntze fact that most places dont have a history.

Skyrim had so many stories and NPCs who told you those.

 

I hope that the wasteland is a little less empty than it is in FO3.

 

Weapon Customization and Crafting. Maybe different ammo types.

 

Headshots should do alot of damage, regardless how strong it is overall.

 

More interactivity with the world. Mini Games etc

 

Also most of the stuff that is critisized by people for years. ( in TES and FO3 )

If I shoot some f*cker in the head with a shotgun, he should be blown back. That's fun. What isn't fun is running around tapping R1 slowly watching that bar drop down.

 

Raiders and stuff, they should have realistic damage. Headshots should instantly kill them. If they want bullet sponges so bad, leave it to things like super mutants. They should be more rare, like a mini-boss fight. THEN I should be using my assault rifles and miniguns. But for the average survivor, 1 headshot with a pistol should be enough. Two or three shots to the body.

 

The current recoil system is just stupid. If my reticule is on their head, the bullet should hit their f*cking head. Not hit 5m away because my "shooting stat" is low. I'm the one playing the game, I should be the one who determines my f*cking shooting stat.

yea. I remember the HORRIBLE system from Morrowind. YOu didnt hit sh*t at the beginning. I thought it was a bug at first. always was on them but never hit them. 1 out of 10 attacks did hit the enemy. With the bow it was even worse.

 

For you first point:

 

Like I said, HS should do alot of damage, no matter how low the skill or damage of the weapon is.

I understand that, at a low level, you cant be strong enough to kill all enemies within seconds. But it should not be like with the laserpistol, where you need like 3 reloads before they die...

 

 

Overall the shooting mechanics need to be more shooter-like
