that's thing called rebuild archive is to save your files that you upload in there... for example you replace weapons but the texture is non then if you bebuild it it will be fix...

All peds and sounds is found in Vol-GTA russian site

All cars are done by Automan

Niko Bellic is done by Miclin (Masterod)

Effects use Overdose Effects.

No, there will be mostly cars or boats there. Placing planes is much harder, so it won't be included in 0.3

sorry but those interiors lack alot of stuff

 

theres no bed, theres no table or chairs/dishes at roman's kitchen, brucie's appartment misses pillows and rubish

roman's apartment stairway misses trims, wires, grafities and other bandalism meshes

 

they look empty man, prelight them and add the missing stuff
