It said something like 'Could not bypass Rockstar Social Gaming Club, please do it manually." I had the latest patch i.e. 1.1.2.0. Oo i see what's the problem is, you have to make a copy of your GTA IV or EFLC. It will copy the files instead of removing them. . i use to have that problem till i figure it out ; when you starting up IV:SA Setup, you see where it says "Copy my existing GTA Folder and prepare. ." or "I already have a copied folder. . " click the first one then where says "Copy to" select GTA or EFLC & where it says "Install to" select Desktop (Optional).
