I absolutely disagree with your "opinion" about them being boring and so, but I also think that a GTA always should be set in the US. I just can't imagine a GTA set in like Paris, Berlin, Moscow, Tokio, Shanghai or other big cities (even though it would be awesome). There are other games for that, like Sleeping Dogs. London is there an exception and it was only in top-down perspective anyways. Also I am actually glad it's not set in London. The lefthanded-traffic would drive me insane.. That's why GTA hasn't ventured elsewhere. I personally think London doesn't really have the variety to make it a fun environment. Apart from The City, it doesn't really have any height to it. It isn't by the sea so apart from the Thames, it's all flat, dense urban sprawl. I doubt they could make a fun sandbox game in that kind of setting. I'm not racist, I just don't like the setting, the 'feel' they give you, especially at night time for some weird reason. In rains in New York as much as it rains in London. Anyone that says London is boring has lived a sheltered life as its one of the most interesting and diverse cities in the world. I like the US cities, but we have the whole world to explore! ThisIsHorosho Liberty City in GTA III is very dark, gritty and grey, I think this kind of city really suits GTA (even thought I think a more colourful ambiance is good too, like Vice City) Barguast you live in UK, so you obviously have a better vision than me! I have never travelled to London, but I have the feeling it's an interesting city, with many different neighborhoods and types of people!
