Just finished my 7th playthrough of GTA IV and 2nd of TLAD and TBOGT, yep i have too much free time tounge.gif

I just have so much fun with them, the missions are so diverse and there are so many that by the time i've finished all the games i've forgotten the first few missions so its like playing it fresh.

I was wondering if anyone else has played GTA IV series in particular as much as me lol.gif

tell me below biggrin.gif

I think I'm about to begin my third play through. This time I will take my time and try to cover as many aspects of the game as possible. It'll probably be the last time as GTA V will arrive soon and I do not have much spare time. I always come back from time to time to enjoy some multiplayer, I'm currently on level 6 and I don't think I'll ever reach the golden 10.

I've had the game since 2008 and I'm only getting around on my third playthrough all the missions. The second time I played in November was for fun and after the last mission, I tried getting 100%. I ended up getting 99.98% or something. It was that damn QUB3D game that I couldn't get a high score on so I just stopped playing for some time. Then I started my third playthrough just a month ago. I'm trying to get as many blips on my map as possible. Right now I have B, D, Fm, Dm, Gm, Bc, Rb, U. I had to do Playboy's missions so I can unlock Hostile Negotiation and get my Algonquin safehouse.

GTA time ratings

1. GTAIV: I've spent over literally thousands of hours on this game, across multiple platforms. It never ceases to suck away at my time. I still feel like I haven't seen all there is to do in this game, a few years on. I've played this game more than any other. This discounts multiplayer, btw.

2. GTASA: Hundreds of hours were lost to SA, playing with all the toys that game brought to the table back then (planes, in particular), exploring the countryside looking for Bigfoot, reigning huge chaos across the state, etc. I probably spent a weeks worth of time trying out all the cheats alone.

3. GTAIII: It was my first GTA, which automatically means heaps of time spent experimenting and discovering the world of Grand Theft Auto for the first time. I played this game constantly, literally doing nothing other than rampage, die, rampage, die, rampage, die etc. Sometimes I mixed it up with missions, but I was so terrible I would have to retry them over twenty times. This all added up for a lot of hours played. I still even play III to this day, unlike SA for some reason.

of course you haven't seen it all , with ingenious R* spawning object system you can walk 1000 tilmes across the same street you won't see the same things twice

SA don't know why never "catched me up" . don't know if it's because the game was like the promise of a huge world , but which if fact wasn't that huge .?

VC was a cool game but i never enjoyed it as i enjoy GTA IV . only mythical moment i would always remember it's when i heard Crockett's theme for the first time on the radio while i was cruising with a Marquis cool.gif

Maybe 80 hours or something? I beat the game twice and did some extra missions, caused havoc in the city and things like that. But I have spent much more time on a game like San Andreas and maybe even GTA III.

A combined total of well over 300 hours.

I've played GTA IV twice and I am on a third play through. TBOGT and TLAD both played twice. Only used cheats on second time around.

I think this is my 12th playthrough of IV. Grand total of hours: At least 400! It might be closer to 500, actually
