You have to honk for the hookers to come into your car and they enter directly without doing this moves. But maybe it's different in V. If not, he's just an NPC. The IV trailer showed a car driving down a specific street and when i found that street i was like: talking of seeing things, Freezer89, Am i the only one seeing a swastika on the far right!?
