Apparently max payne 3 was so great that now we get a making of series! Oh wonderful. Because, you know, it's not like any other game f*cking exists. As if the mix tape, duffel bag, gun magazine shaped flask, max payne 3 hawaiian T-shirt, all the DLC marketing, and every single god damn MP3 trailer just wasn't f*cking enough! Now they're going to tell us how they're so awesome because they got max payne 3 so right. Lovely. Max Payne 3 is gud game sir. But yeah.. I see where you're coming from, but they're still marketing the game since they try to get few more copies sold+the upcoming DLC's. No GTA V info for awhile I'm afraid.. I have no doubt it satisfied it's fans, but I'm not a max payne guy, I'm a GTA guy, like you. Max payne 3 has it sales. Right now it's just pointless to market it any more. It's got it's sales, it's good. I want some more V info at some point. But I heard Max Payne 3 didn't meet the sales expetations by Take Two, I could be wrong though, but I'm just not sure if Rockstar has enough of Max Payne sales at the moment. No it didn't meet expectations, they barely profited. I don't think they are going to waste much more time marketing it, they know that games sell best in their first few weeks. Do they have a pattern of these that i am missing? A&A's always happen on thursdays and if there are going to be one this month it has to be tomorrow because r* always make them on the first halv of the month. I also saw R* answer a letter with "we will consider your question for our next A&A." So they are definetly preparing a new A&A. And ofcoure happy birthday! Noire. I just make a quote from a post for proff that Rockstar can market the DLC packs and GTA V at the same time: Actually the time is over. 80% of the sales are in the first two months. It makes no sense to market a game longer than these two months after the release. That's a waste of money at all if it comes to Max Payne 3, a game that didn't sell well. It's normal that Rockstar promote the DLC packs but the main marketing so the marketing of Max Payne 3 NOT DLCs is already done. They can promote the DLCs of a past game and a new big game at the same time. Rockstar did it in the past. They promoted Red Dead Redemption DLC packs and L.A. Noire at the same time. L.A. Noire was released in May 2011 and the last RDR DLC came out in September 2011. Rockstar even cancelled a couple Max Payne 3 DLCs to make 3 big instead of 5 small packs. They usually announce ahead of time that they are planning an asked and answered. No that it matters because the will only answer questions that a complete retard would ask... "Whats it like in the NY office" "Hey, I know you're not gonna tell me, but what is GTA 5's release date? Humanity is going downhill So if you want R* to answer your question, make sure you ask nothing about video games & especially not GTA V. "Dear R*, what's your favourite colour?". I've said this before: My prediction is that the next Asked and Answered or some big V info will be out on October 25th; It's the 1 year anniversary of the debut trailer for V and it will be the ~10 year anniversary of Vice City, one of Rockstar's greatest games. I'm sure Rockstar will do something special and not just let it pass. Also, by that time, all MP3 DLC's will be out so Rockstar can focus all their marketing team on one game. Oh boy. Even making Vice City took them less time than to give us some extensive V info. Anyway, I don't believe we'll see AaA tomorrow. As other already said, they don't do these so often. I think it's cool to see some behind-the-scenes info on MP3, but I also think it wouldn't hurt them to give us some info on V already. People who are interested in MP3 DLC are going to buy it regardless and I don't think R* would convince others to buy it by doing only marketing for it anyway. And they don't have to release so much info and spoil the whole game. Two screenshots and an article every month before the big campaign starts would be enough.
