Info by November is a given, that's like 3 months away, we will get info because by late september/early october Max Payne's marketing will be finshed not because of some anniversary bullsh*t. "Release date:...." on twitter would be enough for me to be honest. I don't even care anymore who the protagonist is or how big the map is or how many cities there are. Considering this will be their largest game to date, it will be pushing the aged consoles to their limits, so a lot of things could have gone wrong. Could range from poor framerates, having problems with multiple discs on the 360, problems implementing aviation for the first time this generation, and just a huge load of bugs in general that need to be smashed. There could even be legal issues holding things up for all we know. With that in mind, I don't doubt they've had some problems that possibly led to "stealth" delays that we are totally unaware of.
