ThisIsHorosho Posted August 15, 2012 Share Posted August 15, 2012 i expect to see Firefighter, Paramedic, Vigilante and Taxi driver for sure...and i'd like to see most of jobs returning from San Andreas like Pimping, Freight Train, Courier, Valet Parking, Quarry Worker and my personal favorite - Trucking! but not as assets this time, but just as regular routine jobs and much more varied and improved...if these aren't in i'd be quite disappointed...also would like to see more illegal activites and mini games, especially return and improvement of Slot Machines, Video Poker and Blackjack tables... You can steal GPS, money etc. Or wait for a real nice car to pull up and keep it for yourself. As long as you're not seen you wouldn't even get fired. I don't remember what the show was called or where I saw it, but a while back on TV I heard that at a Valet Parking place, the people who parked the cars would sometimes take the nicer cars and drive them to a nearby location where they would then street race them for money (Tons of people around betting who would win). Someone decided to follow them one time and that's how they got caught. They got a lot of money racing and betting on them though! You could do some Police missions via the on-board computer in GTA IV but the experience wasn't all that great, I mean getting shot by the Police for doing their own work? Makes no sense. Truckin' with full semi-trailers is something that as we have seen in the official trailer and would make the whole experience alltogether more satisfying! You're playing as a vigilante, not a cop, which is technically illegal. This is why vigilantes like Batman and Spiderman get so much sh*t in the movies. That said, I think it would be stupid if you actually played as a cop or any other proper "jobs" with a pension or 401K. You're presumably a criminal with a record, so it's simply not realistic to have city jobs like being a volunteer firefighter, police officer, or EMT. Golf caddy, 18 wheeler delivery driver, limo driver, pilot, beach lifeguard, body guard, train driver, bus driver, crane operator, airport tower control (as a strategy mini game for take off and landing planes efficiently), pizza delivery driver, and fisherman.
