I just downloaded this for my Samsung SII, but I can't start a game. It goes to the menu just fine, but whenever I go to new game or tutorial, a drop down screen appears saying...."please agree to the following"....but theres nothing to click! So I can't get past it, wtf!!!

 

GTA III works perfect on my SII, so whats going on?
