gtamann123
Rockstar Games Presents A Rockstar North Production The game is in the “HD era” meaning it’s in the same universe as GTA IV and GTA V. The map is a redesigned Vic e City in 1977. In this universe Vice City is in a fictional state known as “Tampico” based on the real life state of Florida and Vice City is still based on Miami. Vice City 1977, A City on the rise. After experiencing massive growth in the last 30 years and doubling in size Vice City has quickly become one of America’s “It” cities. As well as many characters the average populace would consider “shady” even in the best light. Many of the Liberty City mob families have come down south seeing new opportunities in the rising popularity of the Discotheques, Seeing them as not only a good investment but also a front to push a newly popular club drug Cocaine. Map The Map is larger than the 3D era rendition of Vice City, Being closer in size to that of HD era Liberty City. The map contains many neighborhoods modeled on real life Miami neighborhoods as they appeared in 1977, As well as many landmarks from 1977 Miami. Becoming more and more busy everyday with the growth of the area and is serviced by many different airlines and is home to many aircraft. South Beach A fast growing and resort area. Experiencing a massive construction boom as Vice City grows and wealthy people are flocking to the area. Home to the world famous Ocean Drive that runs right along the beach. Many popular hotels line ocean drive. South Beach is home to “The Orange Room” Disco that plays a major part in the story line. North Beach A more suburban and quiet area along Vice Beach. Home to The Orange Room’s number one competitor “Athena's Garden”. Little Havana A vibrant Neighborhood located West of Downtown. Home to many Cuban immigrants both legal and illegal. Home to ”The Gator Bowl” stadium home to the local football team “The Vice City Mambas”. Robert Beranger was born in Liberty City in 1949 and was the third child born to middle class parents. His father had been a Marine during World War II serving in the pacific. He was drafted into the army in 1967 at the age of 18 and served in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969. He was trained as a helicopter pilot and flew many search and destroy as well as evacuation missions. His skill behind the controls became legendary in his unit and many people who had heard of him considered him to be untouchable. However that changed when he was shot down while flying a mission in hostile territory. He was taken as a POW by the NVA and kept in a camp for almost a year until in 1970 he was freed by a unit who discovered the camp on a surveillance mission. His time in the camp was brutal. He was subject to frequent psychological and physical torture. When he was freed and returned home he wanted to forget about his ordeal in the camp and start anew. He headed south to Vice City to try to build his own life but soon found it hard. He developed a drinking problem and found it hard to hold a job as many other returning veterans did. He was taken in by a local club owner named Keith Erickson who discovered him as he was trying to break into his Infernus. At first he was enraged but sympathized with him as he too was a Vietnam veteran. Robbie has spent the last few years working for Keith at his club in South Beach Known as “The Orange Room” which has been booming recently as disco has been on the rise. His hard work and dedication has moved him all the way to the position of manager of the club and Keith’s right hand man in the operation. But recently a new Disco located in North Beach has been giving The Orange Room stiff competition and a widely circulating rumor is that it’s Mafia owned by one of the Liberty City families. The game begins in the summer of 1977 as the club is booming but the rise of the new club and possible mafia connections has the ownership and management worried. Introduction The game begins in the late spring of 1977. Robbie wakes up in his Ocean Drive hotel called “The Beach View” with the phone next to his bed ringing. He answers it in a daze and on the other side is Keith. He says to Robbie “Get you A*s over to my place Rob.” Robbie asks why but Keith just tells him to get over as fast as possible. Robbie looks at the clock next to the phone and sees that it’s already 1:27 in the afternoon. He gets out of bed and throws on the same clothes he was wearing the night before. A white collared shirt and some blue jeans. When he picks up the shirt a pair of female panties falls on the floor and he lets out a small chuckle. He heads downstairs and hops in his Phoenix parked along Ocean Drive. This is where you take control of him for the first time. Follow the GPS route as it leads you North to Keith’s house on Starfish Island. When you arrive Robbie enters the house through the back door that leads into Keith’s office. No one is anywhere in sight so he looks around for a little bit and calls out his name. He hears muffled voices coming from down the hall and opens the door to Keith’s room and finds him in bed with three strange women. When Robbie walks in the woman cover themselves and leave and Keith says he’s sorry for not being ready. He gets dressed and meets Robbie in the hallway. He says they have to get down to the club and get ready for tonight. The two leave the house and you regain control standing on Keith’s front porch. Get back in your car and drive to the Orange Room back in South Beach. When you arrive Keith head inside and says to meet him back after dark when the club has opened. The first mission is then complete. Chapter I The first few missions of the game consist of running the club. All missions started at the club are started after dark when the Disco club is opened. There is always a line outside the club but Robbie is allowed special access past the line. The club is a hopping and lively place with Disco music playing loud and people dancing, doing drugs and even getting busy in the bathrooms. The missions are started in Keith’s office in the back or at his house on Starfish Island. Some of the missions consist of tracking down a Coke dealer from inside the club to his supplier to confront him about getting a cut of the profits of dealing in their club. This is the unarmed combat tutorial and the armed combat tutorial is a mission where Robbie is sent to track down a local gang who has been causing trouble in the club and a gun fight erupts that ends with Robbie killing the gang. The payphone system is also introduced when Robbie calls the club to report his success in eliminating the gang. Robbie is also tasked by Keith to investigate the competing club in North Beach called “Athena’s Garden” and this mission consists of Robbie going “undercover” to investigate the club and involves him dancing as well as doing some Coke at a table and getting lucky in the bathroom. Keith’s Coke addiction is also explored for the first time with Robbie having to track down his dealer all around Vice Beach in order to get his drugs for him. The chapter effectively ends with Keith getting hyped on Coke and accidentally shooting himself in the foot and Robbie having to rush him to the hospital. Chapter II The Second chapter begins with Keith being released from the hospital and vowing to get clean. Robbie takes him back to his place and Keith tells him to head to Palm Taxi in South beach and speak to Joey at the front desk. When Robbie arrives Joey tells him that he has connections within the inner circle at Athena’s garden but wants to help out Keith’s club because he prefers it. He and Robbie go for a drive around town where Joey explains that the rumors of the Mafia moving into the club scene in Vice City are true. Athena’s garden has come under control of the Ancellotti crime family from Liberty City and they plan to use the Mafia’s influence to drive The Orange Room out of business. The chapter consists of Robbie doing jobs for Keith to fight the mafia influence at the competing club which involves missions consisting of assaults on Mafia meetings and low level assassinations. Robbie also does work for Joey’s dad, Andrei Petrokov. He helps the cab depot with its own problems and develops a friendship with Joey. During the mission strand Andrei tells Robbie that he still has a brother in Russia who is in the shipping business and is able to sneak weapons out of the country. This opens up the Black market system. Some of the problems Robbie and Joey solve for the cab depot include competition from a new company “Vice Cab” who is based on the mainland but is moving their operation to the Beach. Robbie is also sent by Andrei on surveillance missions to watch his daughter and make sure her men are treating her right. At the end of the mission strand Robbie receives free cab rides from Palm Taxi’s and gets Viktoria’s number and begins to date her. Robbie also does work for his friend Barry Jackson who’s cousins are in from Cottonmouth and wish to expand their drug operation and cut the club in. The chapter ends with Keith calling Robbie and telling him that the Pegorino family from up north has approached them with an offer. The vehicles have the same name as modern GTA cars but appear as they did in 1977. Exotic/High Performance/Muscle Cars Infernus Cheetah Comet Banshee Super GT Phoenix Coquette Ballista Buffalo Stallion Full Size/4 Door Sedans Ambassador Oceanic Presidente Cognoscenti Admiral Oracle Marbelle Stretch Two Door/Coupes/Hatchbacks Sentinel Rebela Roach Trucks/Vans Bobcat Moonbeam Rancher Landstalker Patriot Phantom Benson Yankee Barracks Securicar Government/Emergency Police Stockade Fire Truck Ambulance Public Service Taxi Bus Trashmaster Tug Romero Motorcycles PCJ-600 Police Bike Freeway Faggio Boats Smuggler Reefer Dinghy Marquis Speedophile Coast Guard Predator Aircraft Maverick Police Maverick Sparrow Sea Sparrow Annihilator Dodo Skimmer More to come later, This is a long process. Carrying weapons In GTA VI the weapon carrying system has changed. You can now carry up to four weapons and a Max Payne 3 style weapons wheel is used. The weapons that can be carried in each section of the weapon wheel is as follows. Top: Assault Rifles/Sniper Rifles/Shotguns/Melee Right: Pistols/SMGs/Projectiles Left: Pistols/SMGs/Projectiles Bottom: Heavy Weapons/Shotguns/Melee I like this system better than the standard GTA system because I think it’s a tad more realistic and it still allows freedom of choice while keeping you from becoming a complete walking arsenal. You have to be selective of what you carry. And to make this easier once you purchase a weapon it will always be available in your gun safe at all of your safehouses. You can still go to the gun shops to purchase ammo for a weapon even if you aren’t carrying it. Some weapons cannot be purchased at legitimate gun shops. (Ones that are illegal to own or are illegally modified) You can then purchase these illegal weapons from a contact you can call from a payphone and place you order over the phone. The weapons are then added to you safe at home and the money is taken from your account. You can also purchase most legitimate weapons from this source as well. And some weapons are just household items that can’t be purchased at a weapons store but at “Screw-On Tools” located in Vice Point Mall. Or found in the environment. These weapons are only added to your safe if purchased. Purchasing weapons Weapons can be purchased at gun stores located around the city. These stores are as listed. -Bill’s Arms and Ammo: South Beach -Ammu-Nation: Vice Point Mall -Enrique’s Guns: Little Havana -Marshland hunting supply: Prawn Island -Screw-On Tools: Vice Point Mall -Black Market: Payphones Below is a list of all the weapons you are able to carry in the game and the stores where you can buy them. The game takes place during the disco craze in the US and Music defines the culture and lifestyle of Vice City during this period. Discotheque playlist You Should Be Dancing-Bee Gees Kung Fu Fughting-Carl Douglas Radio Stations Fever 105 Style: Disco You Should Be Dancing-Bee Gees Kung Fu Fughting-Carl Douglas V-Rock Style: Rock Dream On-Aerosmith Hello, I love you-The Doors Hotel California-The Eagles Immigrant Song-Led Zepplin Mo-town sound Style: Soul, R&B ABC 123-Jackson 5 More to come later, this is also a long process. GTA VI has many side activities and mini-games like previous GTA games many of which are returning and there are some new ones as well. Below is a list of side activities in the game. Mini-Games -Pool: You can play pool in several bars and pool halls located around town. You can play with friends or with a stranger. You can wager money on games and after the game you can pick up a pool cue from the table to use as a weapon. The pool mini-Game works like it does in GTA IV. -Bowling: Works like it does in GTA IV. There are 3 pool halls in Vice City located in South Beach, Little Havana and in Vice Point Mall. You can play with friends or against a stranger. -Darts: Another game that works like it does in GTA IV, Can be played at most bars located around the city, Can be played with friends or against a random NPC. Money can be wagered on the game. -Dancing: The Disco craze is in full swing in Vice City and Robbie spends most of his days at the club so dancing is natural. The mini game can be started at either of the clubs in the city and works similar to TBOGT. Utilizing thumb stick gestures and shoulder button presses. -Golf: You can play a round of 9 hole golf at Leaf Links. You can bring a friend to the golf course and take them on or play against a random NPC. The swing mechanics work like the driving range in TBOGT. Money can be wagered on the games. Side Missions Vigilante Can be started by entering a police car and pressing LB to use the police radio to receive crime updates. Take out the criminals and receive a cash payment for each crime you stop. Completing 25 missions is required for 100% completion and rewards you with 12 shotgun rounds and full armor whenever you enter a police car. Drug Smuggling Can be started after a certain point in the storyline. You must go to a payphone and call up a contact and request a job. He will then send you to another contact you have to meet in person at a bar or restaurant or club. He will then give you the directions of where to meet the contact and where to deliver the goods. You are then directed to a boat parked at a jetty and you drive into the ocean to meet a contact sitting in international waters. He will load your boat with coke being smuggled in from the Caribbean and South America. You must then drive your boat into Vice City and dock where a van will be loaded up and then you must drive the van to a lockup. There are 10 of these missions and they will involve different scenarios. You will either be intercepted by police or a rival cartel. Or you may just be on a time schedule and have to race the clock. Street Racing At a certain point in the story you are introduced into Vice City’s underground street racing circuit. You must go to a payphone and call a contact to learn the location of a race. You then just have to get a fast car and head to the starting point. There are 20 races to be won and they vary in difficulty as well as payment. Relationships In GTA VI you can once again have friendships with friends as well as girlfriends. The system works like it does in GTA IV except there are no rewards and the system is just a side activity and provides you with someone to compete against in Mini Games and allows you to hear some good dialogue. Friends Barry Jackson Joey Petrokov Jason Stewart Girlfriends Story Candy Maroney Vicky Petrokov Non-Story Alice Johnson: Met in The Orange Room if you dance with her she may give you here number and ask you to call her sometime. Carrie Hansen: met at Athena’s garden in a similar fashion to how you would meet Alice. The gameplay of GTA VI is similar to every other GTA title. As the last GTA game released on this generation of consoles it would be at the peak of technology and utilize all the console has to offer in terms of graphics and gameplay. Some major differences exist though since it is set in the 1970s over 30 years before the other games of this era. Pager and Payphones The Appearance of Most Payphones in game Cell Phones weren’t popular in the 1970s. So to bridge that gap there would be a pager and payphone system. I saw something similar to this in a concept a while back and that’s where I got the idea. But I can’t remember what it was called or who it was by so I apologize that I can’t give credit. The Pager system basically works like GTA 3 except when you receive a pager message it will appear in the bottom right corner and display who wants you to call them. So you would have to then find a payphone (There everywhere and marked on the radar by a Blue phone icon. When you approach a payphone you press the button indicated on screen and your address book appears in the bottom right corner with your contacts you can call. If you received a pager message from a contact that contact’s name appears in red. You can also press the B or circle button to put away your address book and access the payphone’s keypad. The payphones don’t cost money in order to be more user friendly so it can be assumed that all calls you make are collect. Credits Logo and Heanders: Narcis_Speed6 Payphone Idea: A Previous concept a can't recall. More to come later..... Still a work in progress. Like jimmy pegorino. Well i got his information from GTA wiki and on there it says his father was the don of the family and he was born in 1957 so he he would have been 20 in 77 so it seemed possible that he would have been involved then. I wanted to have atleast one IV tie in.
gtamann123
Meh, this just isn't doing it for me. I agree this isn't my best work. That's why I am not replacing my sig. But i just wanted to try my hand at a 1970s concept. I wasnt alive in the 70s so almost all of my firsthand knowledge comes from my mom's descriptions of what it was like to be a teenager/young adult in the 70s (she was 19 in 1977) and i got information from online. gta19902008
I would make 3 changes to this game. 1. In Modern Day Vice City whenever the game is released. 2. A female protagonist (The Main Character) 3. Voice talent or a famous actress for the main character.(Like Ray Liotta in GTA Vice City)

Lock n' Stock
I'm loving the logo, though I don't know if a numbered game should be set in an early time (e.g original Vice City, San Andreas). I like the concept nevertheless.
