Kifflom112 Posted August 14, 2012 Share Posted August 14, 2012 What's more interesting about this is that Max Payne 3 is in development since 2009(?) and those pictures are one of the first things to be done I guess, which might prove the screens are pretty old, or, that part of the map was already done in V in 2010 or something. Uh? I doubt those are one of the first thong to be done. More like the last. But I do think that the planning pf LS was almost done in 2010. This pretty much proves that the V pics were old (Because they were in MP3 during its development). So since those 2 screens were old, and you can see the city looks like it has plenty of progression, maybe that means V is in its final development phase!? I don't think it's exactly the same, the angle seems to a bit different. Yes slightly, but the resemblance is strong. Perhaps that pic is also taken from gameplay & the heli was moving, thus the MP3 is a continuous shot from the heli gameplay shot? Maybe I'm clutching at straws there? This would make a lot of sense; you see high-end designer stores in malls more often than a separate location in the USA. There's been speculation that Los Santos will have a large shopping mall, this could very well be a mall in GTA V (unless there's already one in Max Payne 3). After comparing the two cars, it would appear that they are not the same. Yeah you're right. Damn I really thought I was on to something there The design of that car does look really familiar though. the silver one is based on 2003 hyundai tiburon. looks like this will be one of the cars in V Nah looks more like an Aston Martin DB9... that's why I got confused with the V8 Vantage clone. I don't see how Rockstar releasing hardly any info on a game can raise expectations to unattainable levels, if anything it should do the opposite. Kind of like the opposite of Peter Molyneux & quite frankly it's refreshing. I mean, we're not talking about Half Life 2 Ep. 3 here. We know it is coming in the near future. Don't you want to play a GTA game, a huge intricately designed game, without knowing anything about it? Re: OP I actually looked at all the posters in game & the magazine covers, never occurred to me about the buildings. Good find indeed. I only noticed a vague silhouette of John Marston on horseback on one magazine. Apparently there are some photos of GTA V planes pinned to a wall somewhere in Max Payne.
