No, it's a hotel from MP3. It says "Indulge yourself at São Paulo's most romantic hotel". Do you see it in MP3? 'Cause it isn't an actual hotel in Sao Paolo, so they wouldn't have created that model just for an in-game advert that you'll barely see. There's a TV commercial for Hotel Mona. It's a fictional hotel, and meant to reference Mona Sax, from the earlier Max Payne games. IMHO we see too little of the buildings to be able to really identify them, and again, IMHO, this could very well be from IV too. But maybe it's from V... either way, as I said, it's pretty hard to get excited about a really low quality image that might show the lower half of some buildings we've already seen in full.
