First mentioned in tandem with PlayStation All-Stars, cross buy will allow players to purchase a PS3 copy of a title and get a digitalcopy for the Vita absolutely free. This announcement was particularly notable for SuperBot Entertainment, who lost a lot of their Gamescom hype when Spike, Dante, Ratchet & Clank and Sackboy were leaked.Luckily, that’s not the only title that Sony announced, Sly Cooper and Ratchet and Clank:Full Frontal Assault will also feature cross buy system. This is a big deal for the Vita, but also a bit of a hint as to how poorly the vita is currently doing. Who cares what the console looks like as long as it can play the games, cheapo PS3 should help a lot of Xbox only gamers experience the PS exclusives quickly before diving into the next gen.
