No reflections and missing textures

Hi! I have GTA IV in an Intel computer. Everything works fine, except that cars or windows don't have reflections. Even with reflections turned on in settings, there aren't reflections anywhere in the game except the water. What's the problem?

 

Also, if anyone has a solution, you know, many people have had problems with missing textures in GTA IV (though it's missing objects, to be exact). Anyway, I used to have that problem, but now it's okay. The problem is when I render videos from the video editor.

 

When editing the videos, everything's fine. But when I render them, and I see the slowly playing video, every 4 frames, some objects disappear, the reappear, then disappear, the reappear. When I see the fully rendered video, it's the same, but faster. And it's really annoying.

 

It doesn't happen during gameplay, just in the rendered videos. Do you know what may cause the problem?

I don't hold much faith you're going to fix that. Have you tried deleting the game settings? Maybe the autoconfig option can help.

At Graphics tab, second last option, Auto Configure. It configures the Graphics settings according to your VRAM.
