besta__holeever Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 (edited) so i bought a fresh copy of gta iv, installed it, and work beautifully .... and THEN..... all hell broke loose, after i shut down my computer, then play it the next day, it LAGS, horribly. here are my specs : OS : Win7 Processor : AMD phenom II N830 triple core ~ 2.1ghz RAM : 3gb (2.75 usable) Video memory : 1403 mb help me please sorry for my horrible english EDIT : its solved! i have to run disk clean up everytime i start up my laptop Edited August 14, 2012 by besta__holeever Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you want to go on a bender over R*, email or phone them. If you need help over some issue, omit the "blah blah" and post the actual error. Alternatively, you can use this archive made by me to update the game manually http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?on51nqo8i6xxanx You need to place it in game installation directory and run it there.
