I don´t know if is the best place to put my problem, but hope someone can help me.

I just finished the first chapter, and start this mission, and went to meet Many, then he ask me to follow this guy, until here everything is ok, but when we arrive to the warehouse the guy didn´t came out of the car, just stay inside and I wait but nothing happened, I get into the warehouse and is empty, I don´t know what to do, if someone knows I will appreciate your kind help.

Sounds like a strange bug. Where have you got the game from? Do you have any mods installed? Try following the guide from this post. Or, try to delete your game settings. If nothing helps, I suggest you upload your save game here and I'll pass the mission.
