Also since when are dogs confirmed? They showed one in the trailer but it doesn't mean it will end up in the game. After all, everything in there was from over 9 months ago and we know nothing new. Now back to the topic. As we all know dogs are confirmed in gtav so how about if we play as a street dog? That can be fun i guess, we can scavage for food, steal meat from butchers, go piss to the legs lspd officers, try to bang some vinewood celebrity lapdogs. And the streets can be very dangerous and exciting for a street dog. We can get attacked by other gangs of dogs for entring their territory or some homeless guy can chase us because he wants to eat us. Well, you know how the economy is... My point is there can be a lot fun and excitement for a dog in los santos. And i can not think of a bolder new direction. But no thanks, I will just have one as a pet in the game. Yeah, that would be great, perhaps using dogs in certain missions to distract enemies so you can infiltrate in buildings and sh*t. Or even take control of the dog as a player in certain missions where you use your pet to fetch things ( like a key, or I don't know) where the character itself can't get through such tight spots. But, that's not really part of a " bold new direction " in my opinion, it's more of an extra gameplay feature.
