This would be great...

 

having the Vice or Fierro or Veturas as standalone dlcs, but I doubt it since it would be as huge as another whole GTA title, dlcs are mostly bits...

 

probably customization for the multiplayer, maybe unique cars, clothes, etc.

this is probably correct, expecially since R* admitted themselves there won't be "Huge" DLCs this time...so unfortunately a dream will most likely remain a dream...

Geniunely, I love GTAIV's realism, gritty story and the whole 'this could actually happen' for the majority of the story. Contrary to this, If they added Alien's to the plot through DLC, done right, it could be phenomenal. The whole world is hoping/ scared of an alien invasion, and I'm gonna assume there will be at least 1 minor character/ group that could play a big role in an alien invasion DLC. They could be warning people on the radio/ streets about it but no-one takes it seriously, but then have to work with them when it actually happens. Rockstar could definitely pull it off, and the whole tone could be changed like they did with undead nightmare, just by adding a green filter again and slightly damaging the game world (Ie a giant building in Los Santos now being destroyed by an Alien ship!

None... enough with the zombies, it became boring. I prefer a DLC like Episodes of LS or something similar.

Also, exclusive clothes DLC, or cars, houses... that thing, would be fine.

...and i can pretty much third this, but the same time don't go over board with this one, because having earthquakes or other natural destruction occured too often might become annoying and repetitive very quick, so it should be clever implemented with thought out timing and balance...

the source is R*'s mouth...i don't have a source, but i remember people were saying it is confirmed a lot on these forums, i guess they got this statement from R*'s tweet...as for me? i didn't care as much to pay attention, its like someone said it, it is confrimed well fine...lets move on ¬¬...

Well, they actually said, they won't do DLC's like the episodic content in IV anymore. They didn't say, the DLC's won't be that big in the future.

 

 

OT: please keep it real. I'm glad the GTA-series avoids this crappy 'supposed-to-be-funny-craziness' of Saints Row.

Missions like in SA with Area 69 and that Green Goo would be good, though. But those were not half as disproportionate as SR.

If it had to be something related to the supernatural, I'd go with something similar to the tv series (Supernatural), the first two seasons actually. A lot of different missions including tracking down bigfoot, ghosts etc all around San Andreas.

All seems normal on streets of LS until you buy a pair of sunglasses from a dodgy market stall. Then you can see alien imposters, so must complete certain amount of mission and go on x amount of rampages

How 'bout a doomsday DLC? It'll be a chase game, but this time, falling debris and 1000m tsunamis catch you. R* can provide a good backstory for it. They're good at making stories anyway. Maybe a conspiracy type? Like the government is the cause of that doomsday thing.

Same here. I'll always be up for a zombie GTA DLC in the city and surrounding area. Always.

 

This topic has popped up dozens of times and I always laugh at how upset the haters get.

 

Be laughing the next 12 times this topic gets made too and will be voting zombies. f*ck your "go play X" it's not the same and your answer is retarded. How you could confuse X with a GTA DLC indicates a very low awareness which would explain the unremoved pickle back there.

I rather have DLCs like they did in Red Dead but without the zombie one. 2 of them give us some new weapons and new online modes that cost $10 and one DLC that has a new story maybe using the same protag and put new features in it for $20. Then some free DLC for online mode.

I would love DLC's like Tbogt and TLAD again to make up the fifth era. It was great becasue the three protags live completely different lives but in the same setting. It would be great if R* do that again in this era.

I hope we get a DLC like Undead Nightmare. I just want to be able to run/drive around Los Santos while being chased by Zombies/Aliens or Dinosaurs! I'd love to be flying in the jet while flying around shooting spaceships in the air or dinosaurs on the ground.

I use to be a guy that said they should bring zombies to GTA. But look at RDR. The main game is ten times better than Undead Nightmare. In GTA the zombies are going be so weak. Plus you can fly. What would be the point in driving while you can fly and be safe. Guns are stronger. There are no good reasons to bring zombies to GTA.

Zombies only die by headshots, but no I wouldn't really want zombies in V. Unless they can give a online free roam zombie mode. Red Dead Redemption failed to make it feel like you were surviving since zombies were technically just bloody peds that hit you. Would've been great if you had to make things to keep the virus from infecting you if you were bit.

Yea but remember with Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare. They took out so much just so they could make it feel more like zombies. Also It wouldn't fit in GTA V. What they could do is add gas to vehicles and have most vehicles blown up or broken down. Helicopters would be rare. There could also be some mutated flying zombie that tries throwing you out of the chopper. UN didn't feel like a zombie dlc/game.

You honestly only focus on the negative things about zombie DLC. What would be more fun than a modern day Los Santos.

 

Plus since they've done zombies, they can build on what they did in Red Dead and make it better.

 

Who said their would be jets in the zombie mode? What if they're all gone because the Army leaves?
