What Is this mod?

 

i will try to transform The old State of San Andreas into a Region of Quebec Province.

 

i'm gonna (try to) translate each world in English to French (except name of major business but there will become their real-life counterpart ex: Burger Shot become Burger king or McDonald.).I will change (of course) the american flag to the Quebec and Canada flag. I will maybe change every vehicles to real modern counterpart but It will become long to ask permission. I will need a snow mod too for hide this desert ( i never see desert in Canada). I don't know if I will change all radio-station to real Quebec radio-station.

I don't think I will Finnish this mod, but I will try. Anyway, if I stop working on this, I will release what I do.

What i need

 

Colors :

Green = I get it

Red = I need it

Orange = I still need to thing about these thing

 

 

-Need a snow mod (I Will use One snowy San Andreas and Season but Big_Lebowski and nellypellit aren't respond me. So, I will credit them.)

- Need new models of NPC ( there need coat )

- Need new cop, new medic, new firefighter (But I need to know how I want them.)

- Need new government vehicles ( but For the cop car, I need to know the new name of each city )

My Internet suck. There give me a limit of Gigaoctet for every month and of course, I exceeds this thing like 6-7 times this years. So I can't really work on the mod .

Je suis en train de créer un mod que j'ai tout simplement appelé Grand Theft Auto Québec. Apparemment, avant que je ne découvre cet article, j'avais moi aussi travaillé sur un projet similaire au tien. Sauf que le mien est déjà à moitié terminé et inclut beaucoup de choses que tu n'as pas eu le temps de faire. Exemple: 75% des voitures du jeu ont déjà étés remplacées par des voitures du monde réel, le désert a été changé en prairie, certains piétons ont étés remplacés par des versions plus sexy et mieux détaillés d'eux-mêmes, le jeu est en français, la map et le nom des villes, quartiers et cours d'eaux ont étés remplacés par ceux du Québec. Il y a encore ÉNORMÉMENT de choses que je n'ai pas mentionné mais tu peux me réécrire si tu est intéressé à devenir mon co-auteur.

Les vidéos sont classés par version du mod. Le premier trailer est donc celui qui montre le beta moins avancé du mod et le onzième est le plus récent. Toutefois, il y a longtemps que je n'ai pas publié d'autres vidéos de GTA Québec donc même la onzième vidéo est très différente du jeu actuel. Exemple: Le jeu actuel a désormais 3 protagonistes comme dans GTA 5, des physiques de jeu comme GTA 4, des clignotants fonctionnels sur les voitures, quasiment toutes les maisons du jeu sont entrables, le joueur est éjecté par la fenêtre de son véhicule lorsqu'il fait une collision importante, e.t.c.

I can get you the peds easily (There are forums where people release peds for free use aslong as they are credited)

I speak english too. I wrote in french only because Bondergomme is obviously from Québec. If there's anything else you want to know about my mod or if you did not understood well a part of my previous post just ask it to me and I will reply in english. As for those things like the peds or the vehicles I am able to find them myself. The help I would maybe need is to, by example, search for all the USA flags in the game and make a list of them so I can change them back later. The best way to help me would be if somebody could modify a car models and textures to make, by example, police or taxi versions of civil cars.

You folks could probably have more creative freedom making your own map rather than trying to make SA's map into Quebec. Hell, maybe even include new places like all those mountains and that town that got wiped out after that train wreck

I would like to but creating a whole map from scratch would be too long and complicated unless lots of people work on the project. And even if I do, it would be less complicated to modify the existing flag objects instead of creating a new one.
