Missionpack help

Well, i'm looking for a partner to help me make my mission pack. Well I made the first one which seems pretty good, the second one is still not perfect. And it's the one that I currently need help with

What i want to be in it:

1-I don't know why but the guys on my car doesn't seem to shoot the others following.

2-The enemies seem to be slow, as I don't see them when i drive unless i stop for a few seconds.

3-I saw a trick on "codename zulu" missions where people are on a truck(not passengers) would be cool if someone can tell me about it.

4-Ways to make the chase more exiting.

The best person to make the mission better would be added in the credits and may claim the right for the mission ownership (with me)

Im nI just want to point out.

That you can upload your missions on the DYOM site instead of mediafire.

Its easier and faster. Though GTAgarage is also possible.
