carloff1212
I'm hoping Rockstar will put some government/secret missions in this game because of the trend to do so from previous games. In Vice City there were the pay phone missions where you killed people for the random man who called you Mr. Teal. In San Andreas there was Mike Toreno who worked for the government and had C.J. do ridiculously fun stuff. In IV Niko was introduced to the U.L. Paper organization that seemed to have something to do with the government. It seems Rockstar likes to put these types of missions in the games, and I really like this. I hope they will continue this and put a strand of these kinds of missions in V. What do you guys think?
r0eladn
Good point. I liked them, James Woods was very good in SA. And his missions were my favorites. Yup

Yup If we want to port something real world into this game, the whole entire premise of the thing could be political. As it is, the current criminal underbelly of the U.S. is political and motivated by corporate. They are out doing criminal enterprises many times over. A real world and in game connection to all of that would be phenomenal. And as often as they are on top of things politically I can only imagine that they will do such a thing. Of the real world ideas, this one is the best.

Jimmy_Leppard
Yeah, most definitely. I always loved those kind of missions too. Also, R* should add more stealth missions or missions like ''Breaking the bank at Caligula's'' from GTA SA.
98 in 1
Mr. Teal Wasn't Mr. Teal a hitman/gang leader? That's what I remember... Mr. Teal was the Chef that you killed in Back Alley Brawl and was one of the people who busted the deal between Tommy and the Vance bros. Because Tommy took his cell phone, the guy on the other line assumed it was still Mr. Teal, and as such, continued to give him assassination contracts. Ironically enough, Tommy ends up working for the guy who set up the deal twice over (Diaz and the guy on the payphone)

TreyCrll
Does anyone remember that mission for the Truth, where you had to infiltrate area 69 and he gave you those beast heat vision goggles? That was bad ass. Also that mission for Toreno where you had to steal the hydra off the huge barge and take out other hydras fighter pilot style. Man San Andreas had the best "Rags to riches" storyline. Venturas with Mob/Triad casino rivalries, San Fierro with it's modern, hipster and hippy feel, and Los Santos with all of it's gangland glory. SA was based back in 93 when gangwars and stuff like that was more prominent to happen out west. Now that things have calmed down a tad bit since then, I wonder what direction they will go with making the game more "modern".

They were amazing. I still to this day wonder what was the thing inside the jar with green goo. Or a subdermal neurophone. Bellic 4 life
Toreno and The Truth are the sh*t! They complemented each other so well. So yes, they should have government missions, as long as they have missions for stuff like Occupy Los Santos or something.

Bellic 4 life
Mike Toreno: [sneaking up behind CJ at the airplane hangar in Verdant Meadows] Got you again, Carl! You're half-asleep, I coulda killed you in nine different ways! Wake up and smell the coffee! "You know, I try to set bad people on other bad people and sometimes I let good guys die." "This history is all wrong! It says that Hitler killed himself, and that we nuked Japan. Well... Whatever helps them sleep at night. " And my favorite: Carl Johnson: [Toreno is calling CJ on his cell phone] Toreno? Mike Toreno: Carl, learn to fly. Carl Johnson: I'm on it, man, I swear! Mike Toreno: "I'm on it, man, I swear" Same old broken record, Carl. But that?s fine... because your brother's getting a new cell mate tonight ? Horse Cock Harry. And I'm sending a present, little wedding present - a big tube of lube. Carl Johnson: sh*t, dude, okay! Okay! I swear, man, I'm gonna be the best pilot! Mike Toreno: I'd love to hear you, Carl, I can't hear you. All I can hear is your brother's love cries as 8 kilometers of cock find its way up his ass. "Aaooowww? That's your brother, okay? No big problem. Carl Johnson: Wait! Please, man! Mike Toreno: That was my last motivational speech, understand? Am I being too spiritual for you, Carl? Carl Johnson: OK, man, I get the message.
