SHOOTER86 Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 Hey i downloaded a snoop dogg skin its got a dff & txd to replace maddogg but i want to replce C.J with him so i can use him as my playable character.. indraCG Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 I once did the same thing and it worked. really ....player.dff is only the bone position for cj...if you replace it..it will only change the bone position, but not the model... @SHOOTER86 : if you want to play as a ped you can use "ryosuke's skin selector" just google it... neonbro14 Posted August 16, 2012 Share Posted August 16, 2012 you can't really replace it, but you can download this program called cleo (i recommend version 3) and search on youtube for a cleo skin changer. Ray_Santos Posted August 16, 2012 Share Posted August 16, 2012 It's not that difficult to install a skin mod, using IMG Tool just replace CJ's dff and txd files with the ones you downloaded and don't forget to rebuild the archive when you're done, very important if you don't want your skin to look like some freak when ingame.. You'll need more work to replace CJ as someone,it's easy to replace Maddog or other character as someone else,but it's possible to replace CJ as someone else but it's more hard.
