Lets try to get this one back on track: When you say 'drug dealing' i think you mean like on the streets selling dope to individuals and you yourself buying in large quantities from your dealer. Because in almost every GTA we as the main character were in some way part of drug trade, but usually by stealing a car with drugs etc. As minigame of some sorts, sure it could be added.
