I never said you were going scuba diveing for recreation. If you can read which I think you can it says for bombing boats and ships if thats not killing people than I don't know what is. Agrippa Posted September 10, 2002 Share Posted September 10, 2002 Sorry, bloody mutha , it IS a good idea, but I just don't see them working on coding and animation and scripting, and all that other stuff they would need to do, just to blow up some boats. And I think that the effort would detract from the whole VC experience, in that they would cut corners in other areas just to add this new feature. Think about it, would you want an empty sea floor? It's the sea! You want fish and sharks (oops, got 'em! ) and seaweed and all sorts of other ambient scenery that would fulfill the boat-bombing mission. I would rather have people work on expanding your variety of weapons, cars, peds, and missions than add a scuba diving feature. Like I said, swimming WOULD be neat, but I am afraid that you will have to wait until they release GTA: Navy Seals before you can sink ships from under water. Oh, the harpoon gun. SWEET idea. Line it up on a ped in front of a palm tree, and... THWOCK!!! Ped is stuck to the tree squirming, It would be a one shot weapon, so you would have to R-I-P! the harpoon out of the ped to reload the weapon. Short-Med range. Silent. One shot. One kill.
