Buying Houses

In GTA TBOGT i was dissapointed when you couldn't buy houses i wish you could go round see a for sale sign ring the number on the sign and buy the house what do you think

 

also should the wages of jobs be accurate and you will have to get a lone to get a house give my your oppinion in the poll and then give your reason in a comment

Yes to houses. It was pretty fun in San Andreas, and gave me something to do with my money. Having a house near Mt. Chiliad would be pretty sweet.

 

Having to get a home loan or mortgage doesn't appeal to me so much, though. I just want to buy my house and be done with it.

Well, it has taken them most likely four years.. maybe in that time they introduced house loans, credit cards, debt collectors, furniture shops, retailers that provide home arrival, house issues where you may have to take care of termite infections.. the list goes on, infact the whole idea of it makes me DELIGHTFULLY HAPPY.

yes, why not implement the need to crap and piss every hour, or bring your kids to the park too while your at it. This is GTA, a game about killing people and robbing cars. Not buying stocks and calling terminators to kill your termite infections.

They need to have the houses cost the right amount so you can't just go and buy a ton of houses whenever you pass by one. Even after beating the game, it would be cool to take months to save up for certain houses to have them all.

The best things that they could have are garages, laptops, pool table, & maybe gym stuff if thats in the game.

Also have realistic prices on houses for instance a house in East Los Santos will cost roughly $150,000 whereas the same house on the beach would cost 4 million.

agreed with the ability to sell homes to people that you have interacted with in the Game Also. We should be able to evict people too.

I hated having only one safehouse in TBOGT, and I loved having safehouses (that I bought) all over the map in GTA-SA. If GTAV is truly a BIG MAP, then we will need to have safehouses all over the place, and I like the idea of ramping up the cash to buy the nicer ones as the game progresses.
