OmeXr
As you know, only graphical difference between GTAIII and LCS is the brightness settings of LCS. So i made an enb setting that copies LCS's brightness settings. Also, PS2 version of LCS is less brighter than PSP version, so i included both versions. -DP-
LCS has also got an enhanced lighting system and low-res realtime reflections on vehicles. Try to port that
OmeXr
Well, if you like low-res reflections, just change "UseLowResReflection" parameter "0" to "1". LCS doesn't have any enhanced lighting system in it.

NewportByChrysler
Awesome. OmeXr, can you also upload your LCS cars, but with LC-R29 plates?
OmeXr
well actually those cars belong to my "GTA III Special Extended Edition" mod. Because they are clean like LCS ones, its okay to say they are from LCS. my advice to you is, download LCS Mod for mobile mod, it actually has all the original LCS cars.. Yeah, I referred to them as "LCS cars" due to the white body64/body64b textures.
