The fact that he is an actor turned political figure, and subsequently legalizing marijuana... it is exactly the kind of material Rockstar likes to play around with. The company's parodying of pop culture/politics is a core feature of the franchise, so I don't know how they could leave him out. I could envision a mission involving assisting legal drug companies defeat their competition, or something. A Paris Hilton type character (a sassy socialite) is also likely, I believe. Also... on the note of Justin Beiber, how could they leave him out? The same goes for parodies of Lady Gaga and such. Perhaps a mission where we pick up Lindsay Lohan from rehab, and escort her around the city to buy drugs? Through-out the entire game you always hear on the radio about Lana Logan's latest arrest. Some of the different things she is arrest for include DUI, Public Drunkeness, Possession of Drugs, Indecent Exposure (this one they need to say that she flashed a blind woman), forgeing prescriptions, and unpaid parking tickets.
